• The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.

• By submitting an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.


3️⃣Prices & payment terms


• All prices quoted are inEuro (€) including VAT.

• Shipping costs are calculated additionally and displayed during the ordering process.

4️⃣Delivery conditions & shipping


• Deliveries are made within Germany and to selected countries.

• The delivery time is usually3-5 working daysunless otherwise agreed.

5️⃣Right of withdrawal & return


• Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within14 days without giving reasons.

• The customer shall bear the costs of return unless the goods delivered do not correspond to those ordered.

•Custom-made products(e.g. individually anodized tonearms) areexcluded from the right of withdrawal.

According to the legal provisions on distance selling contracts, the customer has no right of withdrawal or return if the goods are not prefabricated and their production is based on an individual selection or specification by the customer or if they are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.


6️⃣Warranty & Guarantee


• The statutory warranty of2 years for consumers.

• Damage caused by improper handling, modifications or external influences areexcluded from the warranty.


7️⃣Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability


• The provider is not liable for damages caused byimproper use of the products or third-party assemblyarise.

• Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concernsInjuries to life, body or health.


8️⃣Retention of title


• The goods remain the property ofWentworth Audio Forge

9️⃣Final provisions & place of jurisdiction


• Consumers have the opportunity to submit disputes via the platform forOnline dispute resolutionthe EU:https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

• The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Reed moss, provided the customer is a merchant.

3. Exclusion of warranty


The warranty does not cover:

4. Warranty period and start date


(1) The guarantee is valid for a period of 1 Yearfrom the date of purchase.

(2) Proof of purchase shall beOriginal invoice or proof of purchase.


5. Assertion of the guarantee

(2) If necessary, the defective product must be sent to us for inspection. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is covered by the warranty.

This guarantee supplements, but does not replace, the buyer's statutory warranty rights. The buyer's statutory rights remainuntouched.

Cancellation policy


1. Right of withdrawal


You have the right to14 daysto withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is14 daysfrom the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.


2. Consequences of revocation


If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you,including delivery costs(except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within14 daysfrom the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.


For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.


We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than14 daysYou must return or hand over the goods to us within 24 hours of notifying us of your cancellation of the contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline.

4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Delivery ofcustom-made or personalized products

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery
